What does Frontier Costuming make?

We design bodysuit print files (costume templates with tonnes of specially designed full-colour detail) that are available as instantly-downloadable PDF files.

These patterns can then be printed to stretch fabrics like lycra or spandex, using a process called dye-sublimation. The fabric can then be cut and sewn into a wearable bodysuit. Think of it as fanart you can wear!

How do I turn a Frontier design into a suit?

Once you've purchased one of our design files, you can send it to a bodysuit vendor to be printed and sewn. They'll resize the pattern to your measurements and you'll receive a ready-to-wear bodysuit just for you in just a few weeks! Popular options include PrintCostume or The RPC Studio

1. Purchase one of our patterns here on frontiercostuming.com
   
   
2. You'll be sent an email with a download link for the pattern file. (link is live for 48 hours) It's a good idea to download a copy of the file, just in case.
   
   
3. Visit PrintCostume and add a custom bodysuit to your shopping cart using the link below. You can choose sizes from their generic guide or enter your own measurements for a more custom fit. You can even select special features for your suit, including attached shoe soles and puff painted finishes.
   
   
4. When at the checkout on PrintCostume's website, choose to add a comment to your order, and paste the file download link from our email. This will allow them to download our pattern file and resize it to fit you.
   
   
5. Place your bodysuit order and your sewn suit should be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Can I order a custom design?

Absolutely! If there's something you'd like designed or altered, we're here to help! Depending on the design you want there may be an additional fee, but we're usually happy to make smaller changes at no extra cost.

Can I buy ready-to-wear costumes from you?

Sadly no, we only offer bodysuit print files. Frontier Costuming no longer offers print and sew services.


Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for digital products. Whether you download and print your purchased pattern or not, all sales are final.
